If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must report it within 30 days of receiving the product. For lost packages, please submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims that are determined to be our responsibility will be covered by us.
Please contact the seller before returning any products. Except for customers in Brazil, we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. If you or your customer want to return a product for a size exchange, this is at the seller's discretion and expense. If the seller agrees to the return, a new order for the desired size must be placed at the seller's expense. Customers in Brazil who wish to return an item must contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the item and provide a picture of it. The return request will be evaluated to determine if the product has been used or damaged, in which case a refund will not be possible.
Please note that returns are only possible for damaged or misprinted items, and not for choosing the wrong size. If a product is returned without first contacting the seller, it will be considered a donation.
Sealed items, such as face masks, cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. Any returned face masks will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
Therefore, Eyeballus Wearable Art reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
